Let’s Reach then expand Potential.

Sharing countercultural inspiration for those curious about the intersection of faith and business.

Should you have to set your soul aside when you enter the office or arena?

We know the answer is “absolutely not”…so why do many of us feel trapped by a workplace culture that falls flat.

Let’s explore the alternative.

God created each of us with unique strengths and allowed us distinct life experiences.

He also gave us work as a gift! It gives life meaning and requires us to rely on each other so no person can truly live in isolation.

Within any organization, there is no individual who has all the skills required to identify the best use of time and resources, execute on the plan, and do it all with excellence. We must share the load to achieve anything beyond standard results.

Each week, the average person spends way more time working on their endeavors than they do with: Their family, their friends, and their church.

This means we all have a massive opportunity to make an impact through our work.

On both ourselves, the work itself, and those we interact with.

So, we owe it to one another to spend this time reaching and expanding our potential.

When people grow, businesses grow.
When people succeed, their organizations do too.

At the end of the day, any product or service is cold compared to the warmth of human relationships.

In our broken and material world, relationships outlast any product or service.

People matter and they belong at the center of our organization. The development of people is the truest measure of success.

This is not some warm and fuzzy fantasy, it is the secret to achieving exponential results, and a full soul.

I’ll share more from my firsthand experience living out this countercultural narrarative.

Still interested?

Then let’s explore opportunities to build God’s Kingdom at the intersection of faith and business and create countercultural environments that transform lives.

Welcome aboard the journey to reclaim the human soul in the workplace.

  • Patience and Persistence for Lasting Results

In a world that often celebrates quick wins and instant gratification, the virtues of patience and persistence can feel like relics of a bygone era. Yet, these qualities remain essential for true success, both in life and in business. The ability to stay disciplined, balance what is possible, and focus on doing the next right…

  • Aligning Marketing for Business Impact

Small business owners have a unique advantage: they often know exactly who their customers are. This is because they’re usually the ones directly building relationships with the people they serve. But as businesses grow, maintaining this direct connection becomes a challenge. The business evolves, departments form, and communication can become more segmented. This often leads…

  • A Permanent Mindset Amidst Temporary Circumstances

5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and…

  • Sharing the Creation of Ideas

If you are in business, chances are at some point you will be faced with a challenge. Sometimes this challenge is so obvious that it can’t be denied, like when video rental stores were forced to adapt to online streaming. Other challenges might be presented by your company as future obstacles or opportunities. For example,…

  • New Every Morning

22 Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. 23 They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23 The nature of the world is such that no day is the same, and each morning brings with it promises of renewal. We can start with the…

  • Power Through Serving

The more life experiences I have, the more I realize that the way we think the world should work is often wrong. You simply cannot force results in this life and reap long-term benefits or find true happiness. There are no true “get rich quick” ideas. The problem with these is the barrier to entry…

  • Create Dangerously

The call for leaders to “create dangerously” is a powerful concept that Robert Greenleaf explores in his book, Servant Leadership. And for anyone who thinks that Servant Leadership is a soft approach to leadership, think again. The truth is, creating dangerously is one of the most courageous and impactful things a leader can do. It…

  • For We Are God’s Masterpiece

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”   EPHESIANS 2:10                                            This story is about Flaco, a Eurasian eagle-owl that used to live in the Central Park Zoo in New York City. In early February 2023, someone tampered with his cage,…
